Stained and Leaded Glass
Restoration – the window is returned to like new or better condition as the masters would have originally constructed. It is a more complicated and time consuming process requiring a higher skill level of craftsmen. Properly completed windows could last another one hundred years.
Conservation – compare to more of a routine maintenance since the windows have minor problems. It is important to complete before major problems begin.
Repair – a temporary fix to prolong the lifespan of the original matrix. The repaired panel could last between five and ten years.
